Terms of Service

Scoreflow is operated by Infinite Labs OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16832129), Tallinn. “We”, “our”, and “us” mean Infinite Labs OÜ. “You” means the individual or organisation using the Service.

Scoreflow ingests OpenTelemetry events from AI coding tools you connect (Claude Code CLI, Claude.ai web/desktop/mobile via admin analytics APIs, GitHub activity webhooks, etc.) and produces Craftsmanship Score (CCS) metrics and XP / achievements at the individual and team level.

We store metadata about your activity (prompt length, token counts, tool acceptance rates). We neverstore the text of your prompts or Claude’s responses.

You sign in with email (magic link) or Google OAuth. You remain the data controller for the events you send us; we are the processor. You can delete your account at any time from /me — deletion cascades to XP, events, and team memberships.

Team leads are responsible for the administrator API keys they paste into /teams/<slug>/settings/connectors. Keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and scoped to the team.

Community teams are free up to 5 seats. Above that, a one-time $149 payment via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) unlocks up to 50 seats for the lifetime of the team. Enterprise plans above 50 seats are priced per engagement — contact hello@scoreflow.dev.

Don’t use Scoreflow to harass, surveil, or punish individuals. Our scoring is team-aggregate first, with a k-anonymity floor of 5 for manager-facing dashboards. Using Scoreflow to retaliate against a named individual is grounds for immediate termination.

Don’t try to game the score by automating fake prompts, spoofing commits, or fabricating tool-acceptance events. Our bands are designed to punish Goodhart gaming; we also reserve the right to nullify scores we detect as fabricated.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Infinite Labs OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us over that period.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we sunset the product. Lifetime plans are refunded pro-rata if we sunset the product within 12 months of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably go to Harju County Court, Tallinn.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the account holder 14 days before they take effect.
